Your Health and Safety = Our Responsibility
You’re ready to get back to Avenu,
but you’re cautious to return.
How can I know you’re properly preparing for my return?
Do I wait outside? Put on gloves? Bring anything?
What can I do to help keep Avenu safe for the team and neighboring clients?
Since January 16, 2006, you’ve grown to expect Avenu to always be surgically clean. You’ve seen the team disinfecting equipment after you’re done using it. You’ve seen the team cleaning the floor throughout your session. You’ve even seen your coach cleaning as they continue to lead you through a session.
Come Monday, June 1, with our limited opening, you’ll expect that and more.
Keeping you safe and healthy is the most important thing to every teammate here at Avenu. It’s our responsibility to make sure that your in-person training experience is the safest and cleanest environment you can walk into.
Here’s what we’re doing to achieve a new level of surgically clean, as well as adhering to the government guidelines.

STAYING HYDRATED
Water fountains are turned off.
Please bring personal water bottle, filled.
If you'd like to purchase a bottle of water, please sign off using a pen from the "clean" cup and place it into the "used" cup when finished.
SHOWERS
Showers will be closed throughout the initial phase of reopening.
12 - HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
To allow as many clients to train as possible, we'll be shifting our cancellation policy to 12 - hours.
If you are starting to feel or have been feeling symptoms, don't risk your health or the health of others worrying about the cancellation policy. Please stay home and join in a Virtual Training session to reduce the risk of infecting others.
If wanting to join Virtually, please contact your coach to receive the Virtual Workout link for your session.
As we journey forward together, we’re keeping a close eye on the possibility of a second wave.
If a reported case of COVID-19 happens at Avenu, we would notify you if you were potentially in contact with the individual. We would also close down Avenu for a period of time to ensure we thoroughly disinfect the facility to establish a safe training environment for you and your friends.
Everything we are doing throughout this phase is built around our three-part promise to you:
-
Your health is still truly unique.
-
Your goals are still attainable.
-
Healthy is, and can still be, convenient.
It’s not going to be easy, but we’re going to get through this.
What we’re learning from this season will make us better, healthier and, I feel, more grateful for the relationships and habits we keep.
And with each one of us doing our part to help restart Avenu with these unique safety measures in place, we will all play a part in helping make a healthy lifestyle truly sustainable for our great community.
