The new norm until April 30th: Pay attention
Social distancing looks to be here until April 30th.
So, if you've been waiting for things to slow down or get back to normal before thinking about your health, eating better and moving daily, waiting 30 days is too long.
What can members do?
Remember that Freshman 15 you stressed over back in the day?
Now it's the Quarantine 15 and it's for real. It's going to raise its ugly head and it's going to be even harder to get it off than it used to be back in the day.
Here's your 30-day goal:
Move for 30 minutes, every day, from now till April 30th.
Put it in your calendar. Write it on the fridge. Put a reminder on your phone.
But what ever you do, move for 30 minutes everyday.
