The best total body workout

If there's one workout I always come back to, it's this one: The 5x5x5.  If I don't have a lot of time or I just don't feel like doing anything (which is often), this is it. It checks every box: 

  1. Pushes me.

  2. Lifting weights.

  3. Conditioning (cardio and intervals)




All you need are 2 (heavier) dumbbells and a watch or phone to time your 1 minute recovery.  


Complete all 5 moves in a row without setting the dumbbells down to rest.  If you stay honest with the 1 minute recovery, this workout should only take you 15-20 minutes.
